Christian Louboutin’s renowned red sole consists of painting the leather sole with our special red lacquer. The red lacquer of the sole wears out with use. This is not a manufacturing defect but normal wear and tear. All Christian Louboutin products are created using only the highest quality materials. In order to preserve their quality and radiance over time, we recommend that you observe the following care instructions:

• Protect your leather goods from rain and moisture;
• Store your products away from light and heat;
• Keep the leather area clean and dry using a dry soft cloth of neutral color;
• Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces;
• Avoid contact with alcohol, grease, or makeup;
• In order to avoid irreparable color migration, do not store your nude or light-colored item near a black or dark-colored one;
• Store your products individually in the Christian Louboutin dust bag provided or wrapped in white tissue paper.

Christian Louboutin strongly recommends that our customers consult a professional in leather care or a shoemaker for specific care advice.

Please note that all our boutiques in the U.A.E. are equipped to assist you with repair services. You are kindly requested to visit any of our boutiques and bring both shoes of the pair for assessment.

Repairs are considered on a case-by-case basis, and our team will assess the damage to determine:

• Feasibility of repair.
• Availability of spare parts (if required).
• Estimated cost and timeline.

Repairs typically take 7-10 business days, depending on the severity of the damage. Please note that not all damages may be repairable.
